A3 and A4 prints are flat-packed in a rigid mailer to arrive in perfect condition. A1 and A2 prints are carefully rolled and sent in a heavy-duty tube. Check Shipping section for estimated delivery times.
I recommend getting your print to a framer as soon as it arrives. Store it flat or rolled in a cool, dry place in the meantime.
